Shipping and Handling Time
All orders have a handling time from 3 - 7 business days. Items listed as pre-orders will ship on or around approximate ship date as outlined in item description. There will be no order cancellations accepted of any kind, even if product has not yet shipped, including pre-ordered items.
At this time, no returns of any kind will be accepted on any product. In addition to that we cannot cancel orders. If there is, 20% restocking fee will be applied automatically. We are not responsible for Factory flaws such as : Glue stain, small scuffs, over glue, etc.
International Orders usually takes around 3-6 business days to arirve. SWISH.SUPPLY has no control over shipping time with international orders. We do our best to expedite the shipping process for our international customers once the order is available to be filled. However, there are extraneous factors that may cause a delay in shipping time, such as customs in the particular country in which the item is to be shipped.
Fedex Express Post shipping time: 2-5 business days
Duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations including duties and fees before placing your order. SWISH.SUPPLY does our best to mitigate customs fees, but the overall responsibility lies with the customer. Customs fees will not be accepted as a reason for order cancellation or refusal. Refunds will not be offered on any customs fees paid by the customer. We do not responsible for the import tax and seizure of packages.
