Are your shoes authentic?

Yes, all of our shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards only. 

Why won't my payment go through?

Please make sure you the billing and shipping address is  the same and it matchs with your credit card company. Or you have to contact your payment provider for more information.

What does BG/GS next to a shoe mean?

BG/GS in the title of a shoe indicates grade school sizing.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Including APO address.

How much is shipping?

All prices included shipping worldwide. For USA domestic shipping, we ship out in 2-7 business days. 

What currency are your prices?

All of our prices are in USD.

How long does shipping take?

We ship international air mail and shipment usually arrives in 2-7 business days but there may be up to a 3 -7 days processing time.

What is a preorder?

A preorder is when you order an item before the shoe releases. All preorders guarantee you the size you select in the shoe. Preorders will ship on or around release with a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number.

Do you trade shoes?

No, we do not offer trades.

Do you have wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do offer discounts for shoes bought in bulk.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order has shipped tracking will be emailed to you.

Why can’t I track my shipment with the tracking number you sent me?

The first package scan may be upon arrival at a region hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first scan also may not be until delivery. Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments are not traceable.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately we are not able to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. Please ensure you carefully check over the address you enter. If there is an error with the address you can contact your local post office to hold the package for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed, so please be sure before you place your order.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Why can’t I return or cancel my order?

Since we operate on consignment, and often with limited inventory, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Once a sale is complete with our store, we initiate the payment process for the original owner of the purchased sneaker.
